Moths can be difficult to identify, so at Entopest, we offer a free limited identification service so that users can understand their target pest and select the correct product for the task; simply fill in as much detail within the below form, and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.
Here are a couple of conditions in reference to this service:
- Please attach a clear image of the moth with the wings facing up; some moths can only be distinguished from their markings on the wings. The more images you provide the more accurate our identification can be.
- We will only identify your moth if it is a pest species; if it falls outside of the main spectrum of suspects we are unlikely to be able to offer a clear identification (3000+ micro-moths in the UK along!)
- This is a free service; we are unable to be held responsible for misidentification; moths are small and often diagnosis can be difficult.
